Dawn Wills (M.A., BSc., Cert Ed)
I have extensive experience across health and social care, as well as residential childcare. Throughout my career, I have prioritised continuous professional development, achieving a Master’s Degree in Education and Childhood and Youth Studies.
After having my children, I returned to the workforce in 1995 as an Early Years Practitioner. I later progressed into teaching, spending many years as a Lecturer at a local college. I subsequently transitioned into assessment and quality assurance, working as an Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer, and later as a Regulation 44 Inspector.
In addition to my professional roles, I manage the supported living arrangements for my autistic daughter. This includes employing staff and working closely with the service manager to oversee day to day operations.
I am deeply committed to supporting learners in becoming confident, capable, and high quality practitioners within their field.
